In November 2015, it won the College Sport Wellington Premier Grade competition for the 3rd year running.
A week later it attended the Secondary Schools National Cup (previously known as the Gillette Cup) in Christchurch and won the national title over the College Regional finalists from the other 5 major cricket associations
Winners after three previous attempts this HIBS side became the first college in 14 years to win this national title from the Wellington region.
